My order sat for three days before it shipped
I ordered a part for my Samsung dishwasher on Thursday evening. According to their policy, it should have shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shipping label was indeed printed on Friday morning. My item didn't ship until Monday. Not having a working dishwasher is frustrating. When you have seven kids and are hand washing dishes for five days, it is very frustrating.

Well they finally sent me a replacement gasket after 4 weeks this was 2 weeks ago opened the box and it was just as damaged as the first one they sent so now 2 weeks later I am still waiting to hear from them about my refund. This company is no good please don’t order from them ever and let family and friends know thanks

I searched online for a simply part for an Americana GE Refrigerator. I searched for a freezer door shelf bar. I was directed to applianceparts4all.com 's part and ordered it online.

However, the part which I received was NOT a freezer door shelf bar, but a refrigerator door shelf bar.

They are different sizes. I was annoyed because I had specifically indicated that I was looking for a freezer door bar replacement, not a refrigerator door bar replacement.

The confirmation email that I received after ordering stated the following, quite vaguely:

Manufactured by: GENERAL ELECTRIC

The number appears similar to a GE product number, but a zero might be missing at the end. The confirmation email was misleadingly vague, simply stating "door shelf bar" after I attempted to order a freezer door shelf bar.

When I called to indicate my frustration at having been sent the wrong product and attempted to return it--unused, essentially new, the representative on the phone pointed me to the "fine print" "return policy" on their website which states NO RETURN will be accepted unless it's in the original packaging--even if it's been "tried" (whatever that means)--so you can't even open their packaging or you can't return the product. On top of which, even if you didn't open their packaging (how else could you see if the product was the correct product except to try it???), you would still then have to pay return shipping plus a 12% restocking fee.

I believe that this company may regularly substitute incorrect products because it knows customers will find that it is not worth their while or they simply are precluded from returning products if the original packaging is opened so the product can be "tried."

You either can't return the wrong product, or they get the product back, new, then, even if they eventually would send you the correct item afterward, they charge an additional 12% markup and you've had to pay for return shipping.

There is a reason there are MANY one-star reviews for this company--STAY AWAY!!

Don't waste your time. Buy on Amazon. Spend more, but get better service. It is impossible to return items. Plus there is a restocking fee. And a huge waiting time for returning the wrong part. and you pay for return

applianceparts4all is a fraudulent company. Stay away from this name. For two weeks denying return for wrong part. Keep sending fouls USPS reports regarding the transit reports. After 6 emails 2weeks admitting the shipment. With new story, the part was installed. Even the return was approved by them, with prove, PART NOT INSTALLED. They lying every way. Don't try to log to they website, my advice.

Called up technical support who gave me the wrong part number for a refrigerator bin. Once I received, I instantly could tell this was the wrong part. I called up customer support- and they have haggled me for 5 emails- needed pictures of the refrigerator label, model, serial number and pictures of the box, label etc…. It had been a horrible experience for a $35 dollar part. On top of that, I have to pay for return shipping on the mistake that they made. Would suggest going elsewhere.

I recently ordered an agitator repair kit for my old Kenmore washer. Unfortunately the bag of parts was mis-kitted, with one part missing and another duplicated. I contacted ApplianceParts4All and their customer service was fantastic. We exchanged a couple emails and I had a new kit in 48 hours at no additional cost to me.

This kind of exceptional customer service is hard to find. They have absolutely earned my trust and I will definitely use them again. Their web site is easy to use, the prices I looked at were great, I received genuine Whirlpool parts and there was no charge for the very prompt shipping.

I saw another review suggesting that recent 5-star reviews on this site look fabricated. This is NOT a fabricated review, I had a problem and they very quickly made it right at no additional cost to me.

The part I needed was $56 dollars cheaper and readily available on your site. I had zero issues and the part was exactly what I needed.

Do not stand by their return policy!!! If you buy something you'll keep it. No Communication, I had to reach out to them a week after they received it (I returned it registered $25) to be told it had been installed... A 100% LIE!! I opened a part on their request to take pictures and they claimed I had installed it... Clap 👏 nice move get me to open it to create a denial. SHADY COMPANY AT BEST... BUYER BEWARE!!!!

This company is a scam. I specifically ordered a fridge defrost heater because they said it was in stock and would be delivered in one week. It never came. I messaged them and they now say it's back ordered and will be here in two months. They never emailed me to say it was going to be backordered. They are scamming people by making it look like they are going to send parts right away and then never sending them and pushing back the deliver date if you ask!

I asked for return info since they sent me the wrong part. I never received the info I requested in my end. I emailed them again and finally got the return info. They send RMA but I had to pay to ship part back. I never heard anything back so I asked again and they said I only have 30 days to return product. I told them I never recieved first email with RMA and they didn't care. So not only am I our for money for the part but now I'm also out the money for the shipping it back to them. Now they will sell part again and make double.

I asked to speak to heir boss or the owner and they won't allow me at all.

I decided to get my 35 year old ice maker in my basement refrigerator going. Everything worked great except the cubes were getting stuck in the tray causing an overflow. Who has parts in stock for a 35 year old ice maker? Appliance Parts 4 All came through for me. I confirmed they had the parts and would go out the next day via the chat. The parts went out that evening! Thank you Appliance Parts 4 All team!

I was hesitant to order because of all of the negative reviews but I went ahead and did so because even with rush shipping costs, it was less than the cost on the other sites. My door rack/holder for my Frigidaire arrived in 2 days. Fits perfectly! I'll take my chances with this company again!

I was charged for an order that I cancelled 3 months prior to shipping. Then was told I would be charged for returning the item that never should have shipped in the first place. This place is a joke, and so is customer service.

I needed a repair kit for my refrigerator. As Appliance Parts had one of the best prices, I ordered it. I wanted it ASAP so I paid the extra 99 cents for Priority Processing. To my amazement the part was delivered less than 24 hours after I ordered it and it came from 3 states away. Excellent service.
